This website (https://designsbynisha.in) is operated by Designs by Nisha, a boutique based in Chattarpur, Chhatarpur, New Delhi, Delhi 110074. It is a catalogue and enquiry platform — outfits shown here are handcrafted and made to order, and every purchase is arranged directly with our atelier via WhatsApp, phone, or an in-person visit. We do not process any payments or take orders through this website.
2. Product Listings & Pricing
Prices, availability, fabric, and craftsmanship details are listed in good faith and updated regularly, but since every outfit is bespoke or made in limited quantity, final pricing, sizing, and turn-around time are confirmed directly with our design team at the time of your enquiry. Product photography represents the outfit as closely as possible; minor variations in embroidery, dye lot, or fabric texture are natural in handcrafted garments.
3. Enquiries & Custom Orders
Submitting the contact form or the "Enquire on WhatsApp" button starts a conversation with our atelier — it is not a binding order. Custom fitting, alterations, delivery timelines, advance payments, and cancellation terms for any bespoke order are agreed upon separately and directly with you before work begins.
4. Intellectual Property
All photography, designs, and written content on this site belong to Designs by Nishaunless otherwise credited, and may not be reproduced or used commercially without our written permission.
5. Third-Party Links
This site links out to WhatsApp, Instagram, and Google Maps for your convenience. Those platforms are operated independently and governed by their own terms and privacy policies — we are not responsible for their content or practices.
