When you submit an enquiry through our contact form, we collect the information you provide — your name, WhatsApp/phone number, the collection you're interested in, and any message you write. We do not collect payment details, government ID, or any information you don't directly type into the form.
2. How We Use It
Enquiry details are used only to respond to you — to follow up on WhatsApp, discuss your requirements, and arrange fittings or appointments. We do not sell, rent, or share your contact information with third parties for marketing purposes.
3. WhatsApp
Our "Enquire on WhatsApp" buttons open a chat directly with our boutique's WhatsApp number via WhatsApp's own site (wa.me). That conversation happens on WhatsApp's platform and is subject to WhatsApp/Meta's own privacy policy, not this one.
4. Analytics
We track anonymous, aggregate usage — such as how many times a product page is viewed or a WhatsApp button is clicked — to understand which outfits are popular. This is not tied to your name or identity and is never combined with the enquiry details above unless you submitted them yourself through the form.
5. Data Storage
Enquiry and catalogue data is stored securely with MongoDB Atlas. Product photography is hosted via Cloudinary. Both are reputable third-party infrastructure providers used only to operate this website — they do not have independent access to use your data for their own purposes.
6. Your Choices
You can ask us to delete your enquiry record at any time by messaging us on WhatsApp or emailing info.nishaboutique@gmail.com. We'll remove it from our records promptly.

We may update this policy as our practices evolve. Significant changes will be reflected here with an updated date at the top of this page.
